Connectivity Guru and Jax of All Trades
Adam assists clients in determining their connectivity needs and how best to meet them. Currently, he serves as a Mentor and Advisor within the Dallas startup community at the Dallas Entrepreneur Center, the NoD, and The Garage, as well as abroad. When things get tough, Adam is one of the “go-to” people for the Dallas community. Prior to this, Adam worked at the AT&T Foundry, where he led ground breaking research and innovative projects for all facets of AT&T’s business. One of the more well-known projects he worked on was changing the way AT&T managed security. Adam’s team came up with a two factored security solution without having to add anything more to the client’s phone or have them carry a token.
Adam earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting and Electronic Media from the Gaylord School of Journalism from the University of Oklahoma, and is a loyal Sooner. Additionally, he completed his Master of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in Arts and Technology in the fall of 2011. His degrees instilled in him the knowledge of the latest methods in design and technology, which led Adam to create his own company, Freelance Jax, a platform for innovative projects and collaboration, and provides unique fabrication, design, and construction services.
Through his work for the Foundry, his work in the startup and entrepreneurial community of Dallas, and his own project, Freelance Jax, Adam maintains the vision that Anything is Possible. His experiences and his personal mission make him an asset here at JBA.
